Every time we wake up, we constantly find that our eyesight is not better, but worse than usual! As soon as we get out of bed, we wash, put ourselves in order, since an improvement in vision is observed.
What can it be connected to? This is mainly because the eye muscles need constant exercise to restore vision after a long sleep. The ideal option is morning exercises for the eyes. It has been scientifically proven that the eye muscles do not rest at all during sleep. Surely many of you have observed a momentary eye movement in a sleeping person. The fact is, however, that the muscles that can regulate the curvature of the eyeball do not respond to commands from the conscious mind.
And while our consciousness is at rest, the eye muscles are not asleep, they remain in constant tension as they are controlled by the brain centers that are awake during sleep.
Here the whole difficulty lies in relaxing or tightening the eye muscles, depending on what type of vision correction is required. Special eye exercises (eye gymnastics) have been developed for such cases.
In addition, there is a favorable time to act on the eye muscles. At the very moment when our body goes into a state of wakefulness, it is recommended not to miss this opportunity and do the exercises to restore vision below, which does not take much time, but fully prepares your eye muscles for work .
How to do morning exercises for the eyes
Exercise 1
To relax the spine and muscles of the body, which during sleep were practically immobile and were in a tense state, first stretch well. Surely you've seen cats and other animals do this when they wake up.
After swallowing, turn well from side to side while inhaling deeply. Deep breathing improves blood circulation in the body.
exercise 2
Open your mouth wide, then open your eyes wide. Then open your mouth and eyes wide at the same time. This exercise for the eyes must be performed four times.
exercise 3
Close your eyes seven times as tightly as you can. Then blink quickly. Try to blink calmly and lightly. Quite frequent blinking has a beneficial effect on the mucous membrane and makes the eyes more moisturized. Many emphasize that visual acuity increases after frequent blinking.
exercise 4
To better relax your neck muscles, try writing each letter of the alphabet in the air with the tip of your nose. You can absolutely write whatever you want. It is best to do this exercise for the eyes with your eyes closed. Such an eye exercise can be done anywhere - at work, on public transport, on the street or at home. All you have to do is draw numbers, shapes, letters, different angle figures and drawings in your head. After this action, your eyes will move automatically. This exercise has a positive effect not only on the eyes, but also on the whole body.
exercise 5
Lower and raise your eyebrows up and down until you feel movement in your ears. Such an exercise improves the appearance, tone of the muscles of the face, blood circulation, and thereby has a positive effect on vision.
exercise 6
Do palming for four to five minutes. After that, your eyes are fully operational.
